Eating at Mamá Clorinda
My baked cuy (guinea pig) at at Mamá Clorinda. The back foot (left) still had fur on it! The texture is quite like chicken, but the flavor is decidedly porkish. The skin is very thick and quite gross, not at all like the nice crispy skin of a chicken.
